Bartering Terms and Policy

** U.S. customers can Barter for trade or store credit

** International customers can Barter for store credit only

**A Bartering request will only be considered for processing if you agree to the Terms and Policy by checking the applicable box.

**The bartering item(s) must be valued at 50% or higher then the item(s) that you are wanting to add to your collection (example- If you want a $50 item then the item(s) you want to use to barter with would be $75 or higher).  All autographed and memorabilia items must have a COA,  graded items must be from a known grading company, and jewelry must have an appraisal (we too, will have your item appraised, but things will move a little faster by you providing a picture of your appraisal). Raw gold and silver is also accepted (please show weight in the picture).

** You are responsible for securely sending your bartered item to our location.  All shipping/handling costs are your responsibility, and we always recommend you ship using some kind of delivery confirmation and/or insurance to prevent loss or damage during transit.

** After receiving and inspecting your bartered item, we will respond to you within 48 hours with a confirmation.   We will then package up and securely ship out the item for which you bartered on the EvoMasher website (assuming your barter was accepted and not voided due to our Hidden Defect policy), and it will be fully trackable by you through the USPS and ships with free insurance provided.

** Hidden Defect Policy: We reserve the right to refuse or void the transaction after inspecting the bartered merchandise.   While rare, this can sometimes happen if the received bartered merchandise is not representative of what we originally saw in the initial photographs (ie hidden defects, discolorations, odors of smoke, etc).   If EvoMasher decides to refuse or void a bartering agreement after receiving the merchandise due to some kind of hidden defect, we will arrange with you to have the items sent back in their original condition at your expense.

** All bartering transactions are final, and once our bartered items have shipped, there are no returns or refunds (because no money has changed hands).   We have never had any prior customers want to return anything we bartered, but our Customer Service is always open to help address or handle any questions or concerns you may have.
